We are happy to introduce you a new member league of OIPA from Philippines: FurLover Sanctuary.

FurLover Sanctuary is more than a shelter, it’s a living sanctuary nestled in Nabua, Camarines Sur, Founded by Cherry Love Bañaga‑Tañamor where over 40 rescued cats find safety, warmth, and love.
It’s a rescue initiative dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and nurturing cats/dogs in need. They provide shelter, medical care, and daily love to over 40 rescued cats, while advocating for animal welfare through storytelling and education.

Founded by Cherry Love Bañaga‑Tañamor, the sanctuary shelters more than 40 rescued cats, many with special needs, offering them safety, gentle care and hope. What began as a small act of love has grown into a mission that intertwines healing for animals and people.

Now they have a urgent matter. Two of their rescued cats, Odde and Max are in a critical situation with ongoing treatment and long recovery, and in the sanctuary are doing everything they can to ensure they receive the care they need.

Odde was found barely breathing, frail, silent, fading. Through daily meds and deep love, he began to heal. He is not just a rescue. He is the heart of the sanctuary.

Max arrived with a wound and digestive upset. His healing is slow, but steady. Every meal, every dose, every comfort strategy is a step toward safety.
